I’m available by appointment between 11 AM and 8 PM. You can book an appointment on the web.
My booking system will let you pick a time that works for you, up to 12 hours in advance.
A credit or debit card is required to reserve an appointment, but isn’t charged. If you don’t show or cancel on short notice, I do charge a cancellation fee.
At the end of your appointment, I accept payment in cash or by card.
I use Square to process card payments with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, & UnionPay. I can also do smart phone payments with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, & Android Pay.
I don’t accept tips. The listed price is your total price for the session.
Tipping for massage is common in many settings, especially spas. Do you expect to tip your physical therapist or your dental hygenist? I like to do pricing as do other health practitioners that you might visit.
The best tip is your review
If not tipping makes you feel uncomfortable, an online review is a fine substitute. A complimentary word to your family, friends, neighbors, & co-workers is also good as gold.
Take some of my business cards when you leave – they make great bookmarks and coffee table/break room decorations.

It’s easy to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Every reminder email you receive has web links to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Up to ten hours ahead, no fee.
Any time up to ten hours ahead, you may cancel your appointment without fee. You’ll get a text/email reminder 12 hours ahead of your appointment.
If the booking system won’t let you cancel, you may also cancel by email, text or voicemail.
Late cancellation, 50% fee.
If you cancel on short notice (less than eight hours before your appointment), I may charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the price of the scheduled service. When an unexpected event happens, please contact me as soon as possible before your appointment.
No show, 100% fee.
If you don’t show for your appointment and haven’t contacted me, I will charge a no-show fee equivalent to 100% of the price of your scheduled service.
In sickness & health…
If you’re feeling ill on the day of your appointment, stay home. Send me a note. Especially during cold and flu season, but anytime you have something contagious, it’s better for everybody to stay home and recuperate. We’ll reschedule when you’re feeling better.
Neither rain, nor snow, nor wind…
Weather happens in central New York that can make it dangerous to travel. If we have to cancel your appointment due to weather, there’s no cancellation fee.
When the National Weather Service issues severe weather warnings and you don’t feel safe traveling, let me know and we’ll reschedule your appointment for a later date. When Ithaca schools are closed, or Tompkins County declares the roads closed or a winter weather advisory, consider your appointment cancelled; we’ll reschedule.
