We’re available by appointment everyday from 11 AM until 8 PM. With our online booking system, you can check our availability up to 12 hours ahead, and pick a time that works best for you.

Our Cancellation Policy
We appreciate your patronage and look forward to seeing you whenever you book. And we know that circumstances can arise between the time you make an appointment and its arrival that may keep you from your massage.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we make that easy. Each email reminder you receive has web links that you can use to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We send a reminder email 24 hours and 12 hours before your scheduled time. Your appointment confirmation email also has cancellation and rescheduling web links.
Cancel Using Our Booking System
You can use our booking system to cancel your appointment at any time up to 10 hours beforehand. The link in the reminder email will take you to a web page where you can cancel. If you’d like to reschedule the appointment instead, you can use the rescheduling link in the email reminder message.
Cancel by Text or Email
You may also contact us by email, voicemail, or text that you’d like to cancel your forthcoming appointment. To avoid a cancellation fee, contact us at least 8 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment.
If you cancel closer than 8 hours or less of your scheduled appointment, we may charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of price of your scheduled service. In the event of inclement weather, sickness, and other unexpected events, we will waive the cancellation fee. Contact us to let us know as soon as possible.
No Show Fee
If you fail to show for your appointment and haven’t contacted us, we will charge a no-show fee equivalent to the price of your scheduled service.
When We Can’t Make Your Appointment
We value your time when you book with us, and we hope that you will value ours, in turn, by cancelling an appointment if you’re unable to make it. Unexpected events certainly do happen that throw off everyone’s schedule. Contact us if you can’t make an appointment and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
When we’re unable to keep our scheduled appointment with you, we will contact you as soon as we know and arrange to reschedule. We will send an email, and will text or call you if we have your phone contact info. If we should miss your appointment without contacting you, your next session with us will be free.
